About the Right of Withdrawal
In many regions, consumers have a statutory right to cancel an order within a set period after purchase without giving a reason (often called a "cooling-off period" or "right of withdrawal").
Made-to-Order Items
Every piece sold through Print Curio is printed specifically for your order once it's placed. Custom-made and personalized goods are commonly exempt from the standard cooling-off right under consumer protection law (for example, under the EU/UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) once production has begun, because the item can't be resold to another customer.
Our Cancellation Window

Damaged or Defective Items
This policy covers the right to cancel a correctly-made order you simply changed your mind about. It doesn't affect your separate right to a replacement or refund if an item arrives damaged or defective — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
